pa999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pa999 website at pa999.club and all associated services, products, and interfaces made available to registered users.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account with pa999 and accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the individual user account opened in a Player's name upon successful registration with pa999.
• "Balance" means the sum of PKR funds held in a Player's pa999 Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings or bonus amounts.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product available through the pa999 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by pa999 prior to processing withdrawals or at pa999's discretion.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by pa999 to a Player's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as communicated at the time of grant.

Access to and use of the pa999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. pa999 strictly prohibits gambling by minors.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pa999 employee or affiliated business partner.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order in force at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pa999 does not provide legal advice on the status of online gambling in specific locations within Pakistan or elsewhere.

pa999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the pa999 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. pa999 is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa999 Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must notify pa999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pa999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from failure to secure your login credentials.

• Account sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• pa999 reserves the right to refuse or terminate any Account registration at its discretion without obligation to state a reason.
• Players must update their registered details promptly in the event of any change to their personal information.

pa999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All deposits are processed in PKR.

• Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the pa999 Cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Account within minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• pa999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their chosen payment provider.
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pa999 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.

Withdrawal of funds from your pa999 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed satisfactorily before any withdrawal is processed. pa999 may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. pa999 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals to an alternative verified method.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section. pa999 reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable unless associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Specific wagering terms are communicated at the time a bonus is offered.
• pa999 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification of a Player's identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld, pa999 will communicate the reason to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

pa999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering or playthrough requirements specifying the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility.
• Game restrictions specifying which games or betting markets contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.
• Time limits within which wagering requirements must be completed.
• Maximum win caps applying to winnings generated from bonus funds.

pa999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers, including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed on the pa999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. pa999 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a bet has been accepted in error due to a manifest technical fault or pricing error.
• pa999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous, whether due to human error or technical failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, pa999's decision, based on official results from recognised governing bodies, shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Account status.
• Live in-play betting is subject to potential delays due to data feed latency. pa999 is not liable for discrepancies between in-play odds displayed and the actual live state of an event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pa999 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to place bets, access account features, or exploit the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour.
• Collusion with other players or with pa999 employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the pa999 Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds of illicit origin.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts to exploit promotional offers or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or provision of false information to pa999.

pa999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which access is automatically suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests will be honoured promptly and are not easily reversed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and total amount wagered.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the above tools and to visit the pa999 Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and support resources. pa999 strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and will suspend any Account suspected of being operated by a minor.

All content on the pa999 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game designs, and data — is the intellectual property of pa999 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of pa999 content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pa999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to access the pa999 Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or errors in data feeds or odds pricing.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable local laws.

pa999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant liability arose.

pa999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material amendments are made, pa999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on their Account prior to the amendments taking effect.

Continued use of the pa999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not accept any amended terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of their Account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to pa999's operating jurisdiction. Players access the Platform on the understanding that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including those applicable to online gambling in Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through pa999's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
